Recycling in aid of Kicks Count

Recycling for Kicks Count is easy way to fundraise for our charity. Our fundraisers have generated almost £20,000 in vital funds to date and helped raise a considerable amount of vital awareness at the same time. Not only does the charity benefit, the environment does too!

Please note we have been unable to recycle baby wipe packets since December last year as the brigade closed.

IS THERE SOMEONE COLLECTING LOCALLY TO ME?

There are many people across the UK who collect recycling and send it to Terracycle to keep it out of landfill and raise money for charity.  To find out if there is anything you can recycle locally you can search on the official Terracycle map of collectors:

http://www.terracycle.co.uk/en-UK/pages/114.html

You can find out the beneficiary charity by scrolling down past their opening hours.

I WANT TO MAKE SURE KICKS COUNT BENEFIT FROM MY DONATIONS

If you have a collection in your area, we encourage that you donate to that one for the sake of the environment and that collectors chosen charity. Some people have said that they only want to recycle if we benefit, which we are really grateful for, but we can’t guarantee this in every area.

We will receive a donation for any recycling sent to our hub so that is one way of donating but I’m afraid we can’t cover the cost of postage. Applying to become an official Terracycle Drop Off Point is another option and more information can be found below.  Terracycle kindly allow us to distribute freepost labels for SOME brigades but we like to keep this to a minimum. We will only send one to those with a large collection of recycling to send to ensure it is environmentally worthwhile. We are not able to provide freepost labels for the Tassimo brigade. For more information please get in touch with us on: info@kickscount.org.uk
