Our shop products are sent by amazing volunteers who do their best to send out orders on the same or next working day. It may take longer during busy periods such as when products are discounted. PLEASE NOTE: Our working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. You will be asked to choose the delivery method you would like to use at checkout which will be automatically generated depending on the weight of your order.  Orders are sent via Royal Mail.


It's important that you're 100% happy with your purchase. If you do not feel satisfied, or are unhappy for any reason, we recommend that you contact [email protected] so that we can put it right for you.

My items have arrived faulty/damaged - what can I do?

This is certainly a rare occurrence and if you are unlucky enough that this has happened to you please contact us on [email protected] so we can arrange to refund or replace your item. If your item develops a fault after use, please also contact us as we'll be happy to help. Please provide a photograph of the broken item in your email.
