Breast Changes From very early on in your pregnancy, you may notice changes in your breasts. When you first become pregnant your body’s workload increases hugely which is absolutely exhausting. Early pregnancy tiredness is often described by women as a level of tiredness they have never felt before! If you need to rest or sleep, listen to your body, and get some sleep whenever you can. Frequent Urination You may notice yourself dashing off to the toilet more regularly, sometimes only to find that you’re weeing small amounts. You may find you will wake in the night to go to the toilet too. Ironically, this pregnancy symptom often reoccurs in the last trimester, when baby gives your bladder a little nudge. Sense of Smell If smells are making you feel nauseous, this may be a pregnancy symptom. Pregnancy can heighten your sense of smell and whiffs which never bothered you before may become intolerable. Cooking smells are common offenders! Sense of Taste You may notice a metallic taste in your mouth, which can alter the taste of foods.
