Happy National Wine Day, everyone!

While the NHS advises that pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant should avoid alcohol to minimize any risks to their baby, it doesn't mean you have to miss out on the joy of wine altogether. There are some fantastic alcohol-free wines out there that you can enjoy without worry.

We've curated our top three alcohol-free wines that are perfect while you're pregnant.

  1. Scavi & Ray Alcohol-Free Prosecco: If you're a fan of prosecco, Scavi & Ray is the closest match to the real deal! While some alcohol-free proseccos might taste like fizzy fruit juice, this one has a more authentic and satisfying taste.

  2. Eisberg Alcohol-Free Rosé: Eisberg Wine's Rosé is a fantastic substitute for a pinot blush. Some alcohol-free wines can be overly sweet, but this one strikes a balance, feeling more like a pinot than a zinfandel.

  3. Belle & Co Sparkling Wine: Though I haven't personally tasted Belle&Co Bubbly, it comes highly recommended by my 'taste team.' They assure me it's definitely worthy of a spot on our list!

So, if you're craving some wine without the alcohol, we highly recommend checking these out. Do you have any alcohol-free wine suggestions or alternatives suitable for pregnancy?

Cheers to enjoying National Wine Day with delightful, alcohol-free options! 🥂
