Office Manager

Kicks Count is looking for a dynamic and organized Office Manager to play a pivotal role in our mission to reduce stillbirth rates. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our office, supporting our team, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the charity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Administrative Management:**
   - Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
   - Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
   - Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
2. **Team Coordination:**
   - Provide administrative support to our team, ensuring their needs are met.
   - Collaborate with volunteers and coordinate their activities.
   - Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
3. **Donor and Fundraising Support:**
   - Maintain donor records and assist in donor communication.
   - Support fundraising initiatives and events, including logistics and coordination.
   - Assist with grant applications and reporting.
4. **Communication and Outreach:**
   - Act as a point of contact for inquiries, both internal and external.
   - Manage email and phone communications efficiently.
   - Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
5. **Record Keeping and Reporting:**
   - Maintain accurate financial records and process expenses.
   - Generate reports on the charity's activities and finances.
   - Assist in financial audits and compliance.
6. **Office Policies and Procedures:**
   - Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
   - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
   - Continuously optimize office systems and workflows.
