Our pregnancy bundles will combine our primary resources to enable hospitals and Trusts to raise awareness of fetal movements in an efficient way.

The bundles will contain -

  • A booklet with information on baby’s movements. This contains the most up-to-date advice, written in conjunction with Sands, Tommy’s, NHS England and other stakeholders. The advice has been reviewed in 2026 to ensure it is in line with current research and evidence.

The booklet also includes contributions from other charities such as Group B strep support and ICP awareness. We are keen to collaborate with other charities to make our resources as valuable as possible and offer other specialist advice that could also reduce stillbirth. We have created the booklet so the pack isn’t filled with leaflets that may get lost or feel overwhelming.

  • A kicks Count wristband to help parents keep track of their baby’s movements. These help identify any reduction in movement that can be life threatening.

  •  Information about our free mobile app. We developed our app as all the fetal movement apps on the market advocated the count to 10 method. A recent survey of pregnant/recently pregnant people found 94.2% used pregnancy apps, and 63.8% considered them trustworthy. We needed to ensure pregnant people had access to an app that allowed them to track their own baby’s movements and had accurate information.

The Kicks Count app underwent NHS Digital's assessment process and was accepted into the NHS Apps Library. While the NHS Apps Library has since been discontinued, the app's inclusion demonstrated compliance with the NHS Digital standards required for listing. The app is free to download.

  • Sample products such as pregnancy vitamins and decaf tea. These are to help make the packs more enticing for parents and make them more likely to engage with the information.

The bundles themselves have information on baby’s movements on the outside to increase the impact of the message.

The bundles are 235mm x 165mm x 22mm (approx A5) and the boxes are made from recycled material and are fully recyclable.
