To help you get to know your precious baby's movements. They are particularly useful during a rainbow pregnancy, helping you to feel more in control and less anxious about monitoring your baby.
Positive Postcards by illustrator Stacie Swift
Positivity is something that can be hard to come by, which is where these beautiful postcards come in. Stacie designed the cards specifically for the project and they can be used as a daily affirmation or an occasional reminder that your feelings are valid.
Many mums told us that private scans were one of the only ways they could keep their anxiety at bay. Window to the Womb offer reassurance and wellbeing scans across 35 UK clinics and bundle recipients will receive a 20% discount.
Yoga Videos & Breathing Exercises:
Yoga and exercise have proven benefits for both mental and physical health during pregnancy. If you don’t feel you can join a pregnancy class, FittaMamma have provided links to free online videos for you to use in the comfort of your own home.

These stickers have been designed to help alert medical professionals & clerical staff quickly, helping to avoid needless and upsetting questions during appointments.
